RASTRO — a creative studio that closes. Scroll to inspect our closed deals.

RASTRO is a small creative development studio. We treat 1980s office furniture with dead-serious production value, and we file every closed deal properly.

Selected Work

Six closed deals, presented as tear-off coupons. Redeem responsibly. Two of the files are real and open into full case files: brief, what we did, and results. The full text of both is included below.

  1. Meridian Federal — Rebrand & Vault Configurator. Collaborator: Ostmark Reklam. This file is real and opens into a full case file, Nº RS-8611. The brief: a 91-year-old regional bank selling vault products through a printed PDF, asking for something more modern. What RASTRO did: rebuilt the wordmark and identity around the vault door; designed and shipped a real-time 3D vault configurator running on the edge; rewrote the product copy in plain language; retired the PDF. Results: 38 percent more configuration completions than the old PDF flow in the first quarter; 2.4 times more qualified branch appointments; launched in 11 weeks, one week ahead of schedule. Deal closed. Filed under F for Finished.
  2. Halcyon Beverages — Go-to-Market Motion System. Collaborator: in-house. Deal closed, filed properly.
  3. Northwind Logistics — Real-time Freight-Flow Visualisation. Collaborator: in-house. Deal closed, filed properly.
  4. Gilt & Company — Luxury Product Film. Collaborator: Studio Perrin. This file is real and opens into a full case file, Nº RS-8623. The brief: a heritage silverware house commissioning its first product film in forty years. What RASTRO did: storyboarded a single 90-second film around one gesture, a table set in silence at dusk; shot practical with Studio Perrin in real candlelight with macro passes; cut a motion identity kit from the same footage in 6-, 15- and 30-second versions; graded everything against one reference frame. Results: 52 percent more time on product pages where the film runs; 19 percent lift in enquiry-to-order conversion in the first eight weeks; one film re-versioned for three markets with no reshoots. Deal closed. Trophy dusted. Filed under F for Finished.
  5. Paragon Health — Patient-Journey 3D Showroom. Collaborator: in-house. Deal closed, filed properly.
  6. Odyssey Games — Campaign Site & Loyalty AR. Collaborator: Wenderoth. Deal closed, filed properly.

Deals closed: many. Trophies dusted: all of them. Faxes sent: on request.

Two of the metrics do not vary — they are on file: Meridian's configurator lifted completions 38 percent, and Gilt's film lifted enquiry-to-order conversion 19 percent. Files RS-8611 and RS-8623 in Selected Work hold the arithmetic.

Brand & Narrative

We synergise your mission statement into a wordmark and a feeling. Deliverables include a logo, a tone, and a deck nobody will read in full.

strategy → identity → alignment

Interactive & 3D

Real-time experiences rendered with the reverence usually reserved for cathedrals. Runs on the edge. Refuses the cloud, on principle.

Motion & Film

Moving pictures engineered to move the needle. Frame-accurate, boardroom-approved, and quietly a little too good for the brief.

About RASTRO

A serious studio.

RASTRO is a small creative development studio. We are a handful of people and a wider network of collaborators we trust, assembled per project around a single beige computer that has never once let us down.

We work across brand, interactive, three-dimensional and moving-image disciplines. We are, in the parlance, full-service — though we prefer to think of ourselves as simply present, reachable, and unusually calm about deadlines.

Our method is modular. We break the work into components, we render each component with total seriousness, and we reassemble them into something the client can point to in a meeting and feel good about pointing to.

Increasingly, we exist to synergise. We align stakeholders. We circle back, we socialise the deck, we take it offline and then, crucially, we bring it back online. We are, if we are honest, deeply committed to the cadence.

We unlock new verticals. We de-risk the roadmap. We move the needle, we boil the ocean responsibly, and we harmonise your omnichannel presence into a single source of truth that lives, for reasons of security, inside a filing cabinet.

We do not troubleshoot printers. We do not attend the retro about the retro. We do, however, maximise your digital ROI, ideate against the mission, and leverage our core competencies to deliver value-add at pace, at scale, at will.

So pick up the phone. Send a fax. Schedule a consultation with the principal. Bring us your ambition, your quarter, and your mission statement — and we will file it properly. Let's execute.

Meridian Federal

Rebrand & Vault Configurator

The brief

A 91-year-old regional bank with a vault product nobody under sixty had ever configured, sold through a four-page PDF that had to be printed, signed, and returned by post. Meridian asked for "something more modern." We took that personally.

What we did

  1. Rebuilt the wordmark and identity system around the one asset the bank actually owned: the vault door. Serif, engraved, no gradients.
  2. Designed and shipped a real-time 3D vault configurator — box size, term, access rules — running fully on the edge, no account required to browse.
  3. Rewrote the entire product copy in plain language. The compliance team approved draft two, which we have framed.
  4. Retired the PDF. It is in a filing cabinet, where it belongs.

Gilt & Company

Luxury Product Film

The brief

A heritage silverware house commissioning its first product film in forty years. The last one was shot on 16mm and, by all accounts, went fine. The new one had to sell a candlestick to people who own dimmer switches.

What we did

  1. Storyboarded a single 90-second film around one gesture: a table being set, in silence, at dusk. No voiceover. The silver does the talking.
  2. Shot practical with Studio Perrin — real candlelight, real tarnish, macro passes on the hallmarks. Zero renders, on principle.
  3. Cut a motion identity kit from the same footage: 6-, 15- and 30-second versions, end cards, and a loop for the flagship window.
  4. Graded everything against one reference frame, filed as Exhibit B.
